Reward for months of work

Kids and their livestock line up during the Pend Oreille County Fair Market Sale Saturday afternoon. 4-H and FFA kids spend months caring for livestock that includes geese, ducks, turkeys, pigs, cattle and goats, then auction off their animals at the fair. There was a lot to be seen and enjoyed at the fair last week, including a two-night rodeo, live music, the Fair Market Sale, various demonstrations and lots of great food. See more photos on page 3B.
