‘Owner drinks whiskey’

Just north of the Oldtown Bridge on LeClerc Road, an accommodating landowner made their beach available. The owner, known as Matt, posted the sign, lets people use the beach, put up picnic tables and has a canoe people can use. George and Doreen of Priest River say they come out whenever they can. They think the beach gets more use because the Mudhole is closed in Priest River. (Editor’s note: the lower image was edited.)
