Little bike rider

This photogenic young bike rider listens to Pend Oreille County Sheriff deputy Chris Thibodeau during the 10th annual Bike Rodeo held in Newport. In addition to safety tips, organizers gave out helmets and other goodies and mechanics were on hand for bike tune ups. Next year’s event will be bigger, organizers say, with more helmets and snacks.
