SANDPOINT – This year, the Festival at Sandpoint partnered with Innovia Foundation on the 2024 Grand Finale performance of How to Train Your Dragon - In Concert.
The family-friendly music and film experience on Sunday, Aug. 4, was underwritten by Innovia to continue celebrating community across the region in honor of their 50th Anniversary this year.
Innovia’s investment in the event supported the Festival’s annual Ticket Outreach Program and free face painting for attendees before the performance.
With Innovia’s support through its 50th Anniversary Grant and Community Grant, the Festival at Sandpoint was able to distribute 200 tickets to underprivileged individuals. The program works in close partnership with local schools and organizations to ensure free tickets reach those who need them most, including underserved community members, those with special needs, seniors, and veterans.
“As the community foundation serving Eastern Washington and North Idaho, Innovia is committed to making arts and cultural experiences more accessible for all,” Innovia Foundation CEO Shelly O’Quinn said.
