Get ready for Christmas at holiday craft fair at Usk
USK – A holiday craft fair at the Usk Community Club is Saturday, Nov. 2, from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and showcases local crafters. The event will feature unique hand-crafted gifts, home décor items and gift baskets.
Local crafters will sell wooden, felt and crocheted ornaments, wooden signs and ready to paint puzzles, keepsake boxes, jewelry, stocking holders, custom cards, soaps and lotions, Afghans, aprons bags and purses, kitchen towels, custom tumblers, centerpieces and plants.
There will also be raffle prizes. The Usk Community Club is located at 2442 Black Road in Usk.
Out of the Box presents murder mystery: Polter-Heist
METALINE FALLS – Out of the Box Entertainment announced the upcoming tour of their comedic murder mystery production, Polter-Heist.
The production will be held at the Cutter Theatre in Metaline Falls, Saturday, Oct. 19 at 6 p.m. and Sunday, Oct. 20, at 2 p.m. Doors open a half hour before the show for these dinner and show performances.
The Coeur d’Alene Shrine Club in Hayden, Idaho, will show the performance on Friday, Oct. 25. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. for this dinner and show performance.
Finally, the Create Arts Center in Newport will have the show Saturday, Oct. 26th. at 6 p.m. This is a show only performance but there will be refreshments available.

Vessel Gallery welcomes new artists at reception
NEWPORT – The Vessel Gallery and Clay Studio in Newport will hold a reception welcoming new artists Thursday, Oct. 17, from 5-7 p.m. Food, drinks and live music will be part of the event.
Vessel Gallery is located at 331 S. Washington Ave., Newport.
