Library guests are encouraged to bring their child(ren) to story time at any of the Pend Oreille County Library District locations. “It helps develop language and listening skills, fosters imagination, and provides a chance to socialize with other children in a fun and welcoming environment,” the district’s Facebook page reads. “Plus, it’s a perfect opportunity for caregivers and kids to bond over stories and songs while exploring the joy of books together.” Story time sessions are held at all locations weekly.
