The Kalispel Tribe of Indians and Coats4Kids recently collaborated to donate more than 40 coats to students at Cusick schools. “What winter blessings these gifts will provide,” Cusick School District Superintendent Don Hawpe. “They will keep many Panther students warm this winter. Such a selfless act; thank you.” Pictured above: Kalispel Tribe Vice Chairman Curt Holmes and Cusick Student Leadership Avalily Revais, Jameson Cupp, Lanice Piegkham, Kaylani Treetop, Thoren Holmes, Mateo Holmes and Kris Crocker of KXLY News and Coats4Kids. Holmes provided a generous donation of $3,500 to Coats4Kids.
