SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES: S. Main Ave., Metaline, person found a straw cut off with a white powdery substance on it.
FRAUD: River Rd. N., Cusick, report of fraud with subjects wanting gift cards sent.
DOMESTIC VIOLENCE: 2nd Ave., Cusick, person report that boyfriend assaulted her.

THEFT: Stohr Rd., Newport, person reports her vehicle was parked in front of the 5th wheel on the property, and it is gone.
WEDNESDAY, DEC. 4 SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES: W. 5th St., Newport, report that a knife was found in a locker, now have it in the office.
FOUND PROPERTY: W. Kelly Drive, Newport, report that person found an Idaho quest card by the dumpster.
MOTOR VEHICE CRASH: Flowery Trail Rd., Usk, report that a vehicle blue/white GMC pickup slid off road.
THEFT: Levitch Rd., Newport, person reports someone took his wallet from his vehicle while on a job site.
RUNAWAY JUVENILE: Phay Rd., report that juvenile female ran away 11 minutes ago.
ANIMAL PROBLEM: Shadow Lane, Newport, report that neighbors’ dogs were on the property.

THURSDAY, DEC. 5 MOTOR VEHICLE CRASH: Deeter Rd. & Deer Valley Road, report that red Subaru hit a tree no one around vehicle.
TRESPASSING: Bergen Rd., report of subject squatting on family trust property.
FIRE: LeClerc Rd. N., report of possible log truck on fire, reports of smoke coming from it.
THEFT: Apling Lane, Newport, report that subjects stole several items from property and broke gate again.

SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES: Westside Calispel Rd., person reports on December 1st, seeing 2 males on their security cameras, males left but now cameras are off.

DECEASED PERSON: Panhead Hill Rd., Newport, report of deceased male subject.

FOUND PROPERTY: S. Union Ave., Newport, report of shopping cart full of miscellaneous items between sheds off the parking lot.
SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES: Graham Rd., Cusick, report that female that lives at that location has been having issues and verbal fights with her male friend.
AGENCY ASSIST: 4th St., Priest River, mutual aid for West Pend Oreille Fire, fully engulfed two story structure fire, rescue needed.
FRIDAY, DEC. 6 SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES: Hwy. 2, Newport, report that vehicle that was seen last night in the area is now in the ditch with no one around.

LITTERING: Roberts Drive, Newport, report of garbage dumped in the ditch by the road.

DISTURBANCE: W. Walnut St., Newport, report of a male dragging a female.
ARREST: Michael Dean Cumston, 66, of Priest River was arrested for was arrested for fourth degree assault domestic violence.
HARASSMENT: LeClerc Rd. N., Ione, person reports a neighbor constantly harassing her.
ANIMAL BITE: S. Washington Ave., Newport, report of subject bitten by a stray dog.
SUSPICOUS CIRCUMSTANCES: Qlispe River Way, report of children left in a vehicle by themselves.

ARREST: Patric Lee Downs, 29, of Newport was arrested for being in physical control of a vehicle while intoxicated.

SUNDAY, DEC. 8 ARREST: Newport, Scott B Hulett, 38, of Missoula was arrested for second degree criminal trespass.
SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES: W. 4th Ave., person would like to speak with a deputy about a tenant who was intoxicated and looking for another tenant.

ARREST: Davis Lake Rd, Usk, Lance B. Griffith, 61, of Usk was arrested for harassment and for out of state warrants.
