Priest River scholarship program taking applications

PRIEST RIVER - The Distinguished Young Women of Priest River is taking applications for its April program.

DYW is a scholarship and leadership program with an emphasis on young women “being their best selves” and competing in five categories: scholastics, fitness, interview, self-expression and talent, according to DYW.

Juniors who graduate in 2026 and live in the West Bonner County School District are eligible to apply.

The program’s practices are in March and April.
