Written statements regarding proposals and zone change requests must be submitted to the planning department record no later than seven days prior to the public hearings. Written statements not exceeding one standard letter-sized, single-spaced page may be submitted at the public hearing. 1:30 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 21 The applicant is requesting a 40-foot shoreline setback where 75 feet is required. The 20-acre property is zoned Rural 5. The project is located off South Sandy Shores Lane in Coolin.
1:30 p.m., Wednesday, Feb. 26 Applicants are requesting a vacation of a portion of Paul Street, Coolin, a public right-of-way, pursuant to Idaho Code Title 40. The area proposed to be vacated is approximately 2.5 acres.
Kraseed Estates, Nordman The applicant is requesting to divide one 30-acre parcel into two 10.01-acre lots and one 10.32-acre lot. The property is zoned agricultural/ forestry and is located off Reeder Bay Road in Nordman. Any agency reviewing the application as it applies to their area of expertise must submit supporting code sections and recommendations to the Bonner County Planning Department no later than Monday, March 3. 1:30 p.m., Wednesday, March 12 The applicant is requesting a zone change from Rural 10 to Rural 5. The 20-acre property is zoned Rural 10. The project is located of Hunter Road in Blanchard.
