Buffalo Boys teach Cusick High meat-processing lab

Cusick High School students learning the basics of processing and packaging meat from a member of the Buffalo Boys, a division of the Kalispel Tribe of Indian’s Department of Agriculture. For this hands-on meat processing lab, the Buffalo Boys donated a butchered buffalo to an agricultural class at CHS.
