Billie Lou Borders

NEWPORT

Billie Lou Borders, longtime resident of Newport, Washington, passed away February 9. Born June 27, 1950, to William and Marjorie McKee. She is survived by her three sons, Dusty Borders, Terry Owen and Wade Kimberling, and five grandchildren.

Memorial service was held at the Otis Orchards SDA Church at 4308 N. Harvard Rd., Otis Orchards, WA 99027, Sunday, March 2 at 2 p.m.
