PEND OREILLE COUNTY MONDAY, MARCH 10 VIOLATION OF ORDER: W.

7th St., Newport, report that respondent just drove by person’s

house.

MUNICIPAL CODE VIOLATION: W. 5th St., Newport

SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES: Camden Rd., Newport, report that Dodge Ram truck had snowmobile in back that fell out, but truck did not stop; person thought subject was trying to dump it.

SUSPICIOUS VEHICLE: Horseshoe Lake Rd., Newport, report that vehicle has been parked at location all day on east end of parking lot.

THEFT: Flowery Trail, report that stove was stolen from property and brought to address in Cusick.

ANIMAL CRUELTY: Betty Mae Way, Newport, report that person’s boyfriend threw her dogs on floor; 12-week-old puppy has internal bleeding and bruising.

ILLEGAL BURNING: 2nd Ave., Cusick, report that subject set dead grass on fire in alleyway.

SUSPICIOUS VEHICLE: Geophysical

Observatory, report that white van has been parked at location since late last night.

TUESDAY, MARCH 11 TRESPASSING: Community Hall Rd., Cusick, report that male subject would not leave.

SUSPICIOUS VEHICLE: Holly Rd. & Horseshoe Lake, report of suspicious vehicle in wildlife access area.

ARREST: S. Garden Ave., Newport, Alicia Nicole Green, 34, of Bingen was arrested on a local warrant.

COLLISION: Leclerc Rd. N., Cusick, report of one vehicle rollover and one subject injured.

TRESPASSING: E. Blackwell St., Ione, report that subject who was trespassed from location refused to leave property.

CIVIL: Republic Lane, Newport, report that neighbor shot person’s dog two hours ago.

WEDNESDAY, MARCH 12 TRESPASSING: S. Washington Ave., Newport, report that female was sleeping in back of person’s white Ford Ranger that was parked in alley behind building.

FATAL ACCIDENT: Hwy. 20, Cusick, report of iPhone crash alert in area, unknown further.

THEFT: Hwy. 2, Newport, reporter that two batteries were cut from excavator early in morning.

MALICIOUS MICHIEF: Park St., Metaline Falls, report of graffiti written on bathroom walls.

VIOLATION OF ORDER: Betty Mae Way, Newport, report that someone made a fake account using person’s deceased sister’s name and purchased items from baby gift registry for person’s child, person believed it was respondent.

FIRE: Tacoma Creek Rd., Cusick, report of Tucker Sno-Cat diesel on fire with two tanks.

ASSAULT: W. Pine St., Newport, report from person who said nurse assaulted him March 1 at hospital.

ANIMAL PROBLEM: Leclerc Rd. N., report of buffalo in cemetery.

ANIMAL PROBLEM: Kubota St., Metaline Falls, report of neighbor’s rabbits getting into person’s garden.

SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES: Hwy 2., Newport, report from person who could see on camera flashlights at pit and cameras going off night of March 11.

THURSDAY, MARCH 13 NON-INJURY COLLISION: Scotia Rd. & Camden Rd., Newport, report that flatbed truck struck stop sign, then abandoned.

SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES: Wright Ave., Cusick, report from third party of door open and light on at residence.

AGENCY ASSIST: Rusho Lane, Newport, report of agency assisting Child Protective Services with check on child.

THEFT: W. Walnut St., Newport, report of theft from store.

SUSPICIOUS VEHICLE: McAvoy Rd., Newport, report of vehicle driving by slowly, video-recording person.

FRIDAY, MARCH 14 ABANDONED VEHICLE:

Laurelhurst Drive, Newport, report of possibly abandoned RV, no plates.

ARREST: S. Garden Ave., Newport, Casey A. Bethel, 40, of Millwood was arrested on out of county warrants.

THEFT: W. 7th St., report that juvenile stole bicycle from yard.

ANIMAL PROBLEM: W. 6th St.

& S. Newport, Newport, report of dog running loose.

ANIMAL PROBLEM: Devils Drive, report of aggressive dog.

DISTURBANCE: S. Garden Ave., Newport, report that someone blocked complainant in the parking lot, threatening him.

THREATENING: Hwy. 211, report of neighbor threating complainant regarding previously reported issues.

SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANS: Bead Lake Rd. & LeClerc, law enforcement out with vehicle.

DOMESTIC VIOLENCE: Gray Rd., report that intoxicated brother kicked in front door.

SATURDAY, MARCH 15 ANIMAL PROBLEM: Yergens Rd., report that aggressive dog came out onto the road while complainant was walking. Verbal warning issued.

HARASSMENT: W. Kelly Drive, Newport, report of juvenile son being harassed.

ASSAULT: Kirkpatrick Rd., report of brother assaulting husband.

HAZMAT: Stohr Rd., report of smell of gas at residence.

WEDNESDAY, MARCH 12 SUSPICIOUS PERSON/ CIRCUMSTANCE: Hwy. 57 & Beardmore Ave., Priest River

ANIMAL PROBLEM: 2nd St., Priest River, dog license required.

DOMESTIC DISPUTE: E 3rd St.

S., Oldtown

THURSDAY, MARCH 13 NON-INJURY ACCIDENT: Hwy.

41, Blanchard, report of non-injury accident in 27000 block.

UNKNOWN-INJURY ACCIDENT: Hwy. 41, Blanchard

THEFT OF PROPERTY: Selkirk Way, Oldtown

CITE AND RELEASE: Hwy. 2, Laclede, Deborah Rock, 59, of Leclede was cited and released for excessive driving under the influence.

CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE: Hwy. 2, Oldtown

ARREST: Tank Rd., Oldtown, David Teeples, 60, of Cusick was arrested for an outstanding failure to appear warrant, possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia.

THREATENING: Fallis Lane, Oldtown.

FRIDAY, MARCH 14 ARREST: E. Valley St. S., Oldtown, Skyler Howard, 35, of Priest River, was arrested for domestic battery in the presence of a child.

TRAFFIC VIOLATION:

Blanchard Cutoff & Rogstad Powerline Rd., Blanchard, a 52 year old man was cited and released for driving without privileges as well as second offense no insurance.

ARREST: Hwy. 41 & Old Priest River Rd., Oldtown, Devin Tryban, 32, of Oldtown was arrested for driving under the influence.

STRUCTURE FIRE: Hwy. 57, Priest River

SATURDAY, MARCH 15 NON INJURY ACCIDENT: Old Priest River Rd., Priest River

INTOXICATED PERSON: Vay Rd., Priest River

ARREST: Rogstad Powerline Rd., Blanchard, Justin Goodbrake, 22, of Blanchard was arrested for felony eluding. He was also cited and released to driving without privileges, and open container.
