Led by a rotating pair of nuns from Sravasti Abbey, the class will rely on the book Open Heart, Clear Mind by Venerable Thubten Chodron, renowned Buddhist teacher and founder and abbess of Sravasti Abbey. No registration is required and the class is offered on a donation basis. Although located at Spokane Buddhist Temple, the class is not affiliated with the temple.
