I had a nemesis on paper that I had never met, We bantered back and forth without regret. His views came from the left and mine from the right, We had some arguments, but nothing like a fight. He wrote some opinions with which I disagreed, I penned a response even though there was no need. Our introduction was by chance the first time we met, We were engaged in conversation without the internet.
Our discussion was lengthy while near a large pool, Didn’t agree with much he said but knew he was no fool.
So, before we departed, I asked him his name, He said it was Pete, Scobby I said, yes one in the same. So long story short we have become pretty good friends, Even though he disagrees with me and I with him. Amazingly I found out that we both had lived in Illinois, Only thirty miles apart back when we were boys. Well at least we get along, what most opponents cannot say, We might never agree, and our opinions might not be swayed.
