The cast of “No Laughing Matter” is having too much fun rehearsing. In this play, Alexei Stepanovich comes to New York looking for a job when his career as a comedian stalls. He unwittingly becomes entangled in an FBI operation, with agents believing he’s a Russian assassin in cahoots with a diner staff.
