EWU Dean’s List released

CHENEY – Eastern Washington University released its Dean’s List for Spring 2024, with a number of area students recognized for their academic excellence. Undergraduate students who earn a 3.5 grade point average or better and earn at least 12 quality hours are named to the list. SCC honor roll released

SPOKANE – Spokane Community College released its spring quarter honor roll recently, with area students from Washington and Idaho recognized for their academic achievement. Students must have at least a 3.0 grade point average.

SFCC releases Spring quarter honor roll

SPOKANE – Spokane Falls Community College lists 1,255 students on its honor roll for Spring quarter, which ended in June. Students must have a grade point average of 3.0 or above to be listed on the honor roll. The following students were named to the honor roll for their academic achievements: NEWPORT - Gabrielle Blair, Mason McCanna, Nicholas Mouser, Johnathan Brooks and Bryonna Hunter OLDTOWN - Bradley Gleason BLANCHARD - Eli Watson PRIEST RIVER - Elisheva Davis Too hot for garden artists, coffee at Create continues

NEWPORT – The July Artists in the Garden at Create was canceled because of the heat. The next Artists in the Garden will take place in September.
The Demonstrations at Coffee in the Garden take place on Thursdays, from 10 a.m. to noon, although the July 11 coffee was canceled because of heat. Linda Cassella and Friends will be playing ukuleles and guitars July 18. Anna Taylor will have an intro to Tai Chi July 25.
