Brooklyn Best, a four year soccer starter in goal for the Priest River Spartans, will be continuing her playing career for the Columbia Basin College Hawks in Pasco, Washington. During her senior year, Best recorded 165 saves, giving her the No. 1 rank in the Inter-mountain League. Those numbers also earned her No. 5 in the state of Idaho overall as well 112th in the nation. Her choice to play at Columbia Basin will also bring about two games against her former teammate since the age of 4, Marley Burgess-Duquette, who is playing for the Conference Rival Wenatchee Valley College Knights. The two will face off in Wenatchee on Sept. 14 and then again in Pasco on Oct. 12.
