Arleigh E. Nelson, age 82, passed away peacefully on December 28, 2024, after a courageous battle with Alzheimer’s disease. Born on September 4, 1942, Arleigh was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Her warmth, kindness, and devotion to family were the cornerstone of her life.

She is survived by her four children: Debbi Evans, Becky Schnebly, Tim Nelson, and Julie Urlacher. Arleigh’s legacy lives on through her eight grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.

Arleigh was known for her unwavering strength, and her enduring love for her family. She touched the lives of many and will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made to Alzheimer’s Association or other preferred charity in her memory.
