Theresa “Terry” Ann Ailing, 71. of lone, passed away In Spokane, May 7, 2024, due to pancreatic cancer.

She was born Feb. 22, 1953. in Coulee Dam, Wash., to Fern and Jim Gorman. She married Steve Ailing June 5. 1971.

Terry graduated from Grand Coulee High School in 1971, where she was a cheerleader and also on the National Honor Society. She went back to school in 1978 to become a dental assistant. She enjoyed her career as a dental assistant until retirement in 2015. Terry enjoyed planting flowers, playing at the casino, cheering on the Seahawks (Go Hawks!) and most of all spending time with her family.

Terry is survived by her husband, Steve Ailing, her son Patrick Ailing (Jaime) and her daughter Tiffany Conner (Josh), her brother John Gorman (Andrea).

her grandsons Tyler Ailing (Desiree), Chase Ailing (Talea), Jude Conner, Caden Conner, Cooper Crissler, Gio Ailing, Ben Ailing, her granddaughters Erin Heinrich (Keith), Tyler-Ann Moore, Sienna Ailing, great-granddaughters Lily Ailing, Mabel Ailing, great-grandsons JD Ailing and Harrison Ailing and Oliver Heinrich. She is survived by many life-long friends, sonic of whom she considered sisters.

Terry was preceded in death by her father, Jim Gorman, and her mother. Fern Gorman, brothers Robert Gorman and Pete Gorman.

A memorial will be held at a later date.
