Brandon Joseph Campbell

Priest River

Brandon Joseph Campbell, was born on December 27th, 1996, in Spokane, Washington, to Angela and Darrin Campbell. Brandon was the oldest of many siblings, and was devoted to his role of being the big brother. Growing up, he spent a lot of time camping, and riding four wheelers with his family. Brandon graduated from Priest River Lamanna High School in 2015, where he played football and basketball, and provided endless entertainment and laughter for his friends and family. Shortly after his graduation, he moved up to Alaska. Brandon quickly became a self proclaimed “mountain man” and fell in love with all that Alaska had to offer. At the time of his death, Brandon was a proud union member in the IBEW, where he worked as a power lineman apprentice. If Brandon wasn’t working, you could find him fishing or snowmachining (aka snowmobiling), or being a local handyman for his friends and family.

Brandon always had a smile on his face, and his ability to light up any room will be greatly missed.

Brandon was preceded in death by his beautiful mother, Angela Campbell. He is survived by his father: Darrin Campbell; his stepmother: Leslie Meek; his sisters: Miranda Campbell, Caitlyn Leyde, Harlee Meek, Haylee Meek, Jillian Stevens; his brothers: Ethan Leyde, Carson Campbell, Alex Simpkins, Coal Stevens; maternal grandparents: Deborah and Ernest Brazda; paternal grandparents: Dexter and Shari Campbell; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Brandon was loved by all, and will be forever missed.

Brandon will be laid to rest next to his mother on September 21st. There will be a graveside service for his family. Following the service, there will be a Celebration of Life for Brandon at Popeye’s Lounge (Priest River, ID) at 3pm, all are welcome to come honor and celebrate the beautiful life of Brandon Campbell.
